Day 4 of Historic opens the pool to 120 legends from 24 teams, the largest of Run 1 so far, and the optimal no-discount lineup spends 348 of 350 RP, led by DeMarcus Cousins and David Robinson. Anyone can set a lineup, and a collection can open more room under the budget to move up the daily board.
