Washington won by five, covering by the narrowest possible margin, but the total came in at 205, nearly 40 points over the number as both offenses found far more efficiency than either team's recent form suggested. The side hit, the total missed badly.
Las Vegas @ Toronto: The preview leaned Las Vegas -13.5 with the over at 180.5, expecting the talent gap to prove decisive. Toronto covered the massive spread, meaning Las Vegas did not, and the total came in at 166, under the number. Both calls missed as Toronto's loose, nothing-to-lose basketball kept this competitive throughout.

The Playoff Picture
Minnesota, Golden State, Las Vegas, Indiana, and Atlanta have clinched playoff spots outright. New York and Washington now join them as officially clinched as of this week's results. Dallas is not yet mathematically confirmed but is effectively locked in: the Wings hold a seven-game cushion in the loss column over ninth-place Portland with only six games remaining, meaning Portland would need to win out and Dallas would need to lose every remaining game for the race to stay alive. Seeding among the clinched teams remains genuinely unsettled and continues to shift on a near-daily basis.
Chicago is now mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, joining Phoenix, Los Angeles, Toronto, Seattle, and Connecticut as teams officially out of the race. Portland remains the only team outside the current field with any mathematical path left, however narrow.
