The Week in Brief
A busier week than last: 28 of 212 tracked cards cleared the movers bar (26 last edition), and eleven moved 5% or more, up from four. Winterspell shows up three times on the board, on both the gaining and the losing side. Freeze the Vine is the week's biggest move at +13.7%, and Let's Get Dangerous gave back 8.6%.
The other name to know is Minnie Mouse – Sweetheart Princess, up another 8.6% to $3,083.33. That's 16.6% above where the card started edition zero's window. We don't have a catalyst for it.
Wilds Unknown is still leaning negative for a third straight edition, though quietly: 16 of 20 chase cards down, median -0.8%, the same as last week. The one Wilds Unknown card on this week's board is going the other way. The Leviathan is up 5.7% after gaining 4.7% last edition.
And a quick look at last week's names. Olaf – Happy Passenger, our two-edition slide, did nothing at all: $97.20 on every close since 30 September. Rapunzel – High Climber closed the window at $293.52, holding the gains from edition zero. Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse – Adventuring Duo broke its flat run on 6 October, up $1.70 to $437.51 after thirteen straight closes at $435.81.

Seven day window, 30 September to 7 October 2026, end of day. Prices are ungraded Near Mint, as of the 7 October close. 28 of 212 tracked chase-tier cards qualified. Nothing was excluded for stale prices or held as unconfirmed; 25 were held out by the artifact guard, explained below.
Why It Moved
The story behind each of the ten, or an admission there isn't one.
1. Freeze the Vine
Catalyst: none identified
Three steps up in four days, then nothing: $145.38 on 30 September, $148.38, $155.37, and $165.33 from 3 October on, unchanged for the last five closes. It's an Emerald action (banish all locations, draw two, discard one), a card whose job is to answer location decks. A quick search turned up no tournament result or reveal that explains it.
2. You're Welcome
Catalyst: none identified
A slide with a late drop: $86.60 for three closes, then $85.79, $83.55 for two closes, $78.34, and $77.79. The weakest card from Shimmering Skies this week, a set that keeps turning up on the decline side of this board.
3. Cinderella - Dream Come True
Catalyst: none identified
Two quick steps down, $570.30 to $556.99 to $527.16, then flat for four closes before a last step to $513.84 on 6 October. Whispers in the Well's weakest card this week.
4. Minnie Mouse - Sweetheart Princess
Catalyst: none identified
$2,838.89 for two closes, then $2,943.75, then $3,083.33 from 3 October on. That's +8.6% on the week and +16.6% since 15 September, when this card opened edition zero's window at $2,644.47. Last time we noted it was the first-place prize at a qualifier that weekend; that event is over and the card kept climbing, so we're still not calling it the cause.
5. Let's Get Dangerous
Catalyst: none identified
$113.63 for two closes, $109.70 for four, then $105.88 and $103.92. A Winterspell card on the wrong side of the same set that produced the week's biggest gainer.
6. Scrooge McDuck - Reformed Ebenezer
Catalyst: none identified
A staircase up, each step holding for a few closes: $181.14, $183.72, $190.78, then $194.28 for the last two. Winterspell's second gainer on this board.
7. Tamatoa - Happy as a Clam
Catalyst: none identified
Small steps down, $143.66, $142.88, $139.77, then a bigger drop to $133.33 on 3 October that has held for five straight closes.
8. Pride Lands - Pride Rock
Catalyst: none identified
A location card: $45.29, $45.09 for two closes, $43.28 on 3 October, then $42.59 for the last four.
9. Belle - Mechanic Extraordinaire
Catalyst: none identified
Up a rung every few days: $163.68 for two closes, $166.11, $168.75 for two, then $173.31 for the last three.
10. The Leviathan - Guardian of Atlantis
Catalyst: none identified
$67.81 on 30 September, $70.48 for three closes, then $71.65 for the last four. It was on last edition's board too, up 4.7% then and 5.7% now, and it's the only Wilds Unknown card here, going the other way from its set.
What we held out
Nothing failed to refresh this week and nothing was held as unconfirmed. 25 cards were stopped by the artifact guard (one day carrying at least 75% of the week's move). Two are worth naming: Ariel – Adventurous Collector (+6.6%, all of it from a single day, 3 October) and Eeyore – In the Way (-2.7%, a single step on 6 October). Both are in Early Signal below.
The short version of our rules
Chase tier only (Enchanted and Iconic), $10 price floor, at least a 2% move that actually went somewhere rather than churned, confirmed by a later price change if one day carried most of it, no sealed product, nothing under 90 days old. Coverage is 212 chase-tier cards across 14 main sets. Full methodology lives on our how-it-works page.
This is a pricing publication describing observed secondary-market activity for collectible trading cards. It's not investment or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or grade anything. Trading cards are collectibles, not securities — prices move, and past movement doesn't predict future movement.
Early Signal
Three cards worth watching: one from last edition's board that stepped down again, one we said was walking toward our price floor that turned around, and a single-day jump that hasn't been confirmed yet. Included with Tome Intel and above.
Data: JustTCG, same source as the TCG Arbitrage dashboard. 212 chase-tier cards across 14 main sets, The First Chapter forward. Full rules on our methodology page.
Cadence: data cutoff end of day Wednesday, published Friday.
